Council delays ratification of the Hoe Valley Neighbourhood Forum
The Council has delayed the ratification of the Hoe Valley Neighbourhood Forum for the reasons outlined in the letter below:
This is something of a puzzle to us as:
- All papers submitted conformed to the required format and had already been QA’d by the Council.
